At $100K a month, slow decisions are the business killer.

Gap 3: The Identity Gap.

This is the one underneath the other two.

The version of you that built what you have got you here. That's real. That took something.

But that version has a ceiling. And you're at it.

The man who operates at $100K a month consistently doesn't just do different things. He is different. He thinks differently under pressure. He holds himself to a different standard when no one is watching. He responds to setbacks differently. He makes decisions from a different place.

You can't get to his results from your current identity. The two don't coexist.
